I watched a utube video on how to set them up. After that it's just practice and finding a way that works for you. My fishing partner is scared to death of them. Had them on one board for the side he sets up for three years now and he refuses to learn how to load them. Makes it difficult to to run big lures over 1.8 on his side due to front clip prematurely tripping.
